About Me

As a veteran of the United States Armed Forces, discipline comes easy to me. I've been chasing my fitness dream since I was 10 years old and have learned three key things. It takes hard work, consistency is key, and nothing happens overnight.
Throughout the years, I've stayed pretty intrigued with bodybuilding but I am versed in all areas of fitness. I specialize in training for strength, weight loss, functional fitness, body mechanics, hypertrophy and balance.
The most rewarding aspect of my profession is helping others improve their quality of life. So whether your goals are increased strength for daily activities, adopting healthier eating habits, correcting musculoskeletal imbalances, adding structure to your current workout routine or program, or preparing for a competition. I am confident that I can help you achieve your desired goals.

My Certifications

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist, and hold certificates in holistic pre-Diabetes and Diabetes management, behavior management, strength building & mobility improvement.


Rates

One-on-one sessions are $70 per hour. In order to meet other needs, I offer 30 minute sessions for $35 and 90 minute sessions for $105. I also offer training sessions for groups of two at a time at a rate of $50 per person, per hour.
20% discount for all active military, police and firefighters.
